Alcohol-Free Cocktails To Spice Up Your January!

Is it your New Year's resolution to cut back on the amount of alcohol you drink? Or have you gone cold turkey for a dry January?

Gone are the days of feeling like you are missing out by not drinking. We have introduced a new range of alcohol-free spirits that you can use to make your favourite cocktails. So dust off your cocktail shaker, make some ice and get your favourite glassware ready!

Pentire Adrift - SplitsDrinks

Pentire’s Not So Dirty Martini

This is a take on the classic Dirty Martini, the drink uses maple syrup and grapefruit to replace the aromatic qualities of vermouth. The olives and brine restore the taste buds, it is a drink for martini lovers!

  • 50ml Pentire Adrift
  • 3 Green olives in brine
  • 5ml Maple syrup
  • 5ml Olive brine
  • 3 Black peppercorns
  • Wedge of grapefruit

In a cocktail shaker add the olives and peppercorns and muddle lightly. Add the rest of the ingredients, squeezing the juice of the grapefruit. Shake well and fine strain into a chilled martini glass.

Salcombe Aegean Sky - SplitsDrinks

Salcombe Aegean Sky Spritz

If you like your cocktails long and refreshing then the spritz is the perfect choice. This cocktail plays on the warmth of the Mediterranean sun and fuses ingredients that transport you to a summer in Provence.

Fill a wine glass with ice and add the Aegean Sky, sparkling wine and soda. Stir to combine. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Caleño Dark & Spicy - SplitsDrinks

Caleño Dark and Stormy

If you are a rum drinker then you may be struggling to replace your beloved tipple with an alcohol free replacement. Well Caleño Dark & Spicy is the perfect alternative! This cocktail uses Angostura Bitters, so it will contain a minimal amount of alcohol and it is still classed as alcohol free. You can leave it out but it brings so much flavour to the drink.

  • 50ml Caleño Dark & Spicy
  • 12.5ml Sugar syrup
  • 3 Lime wedges
  • Dash of Angostura Bitters (optional)
  • Ginger Ale

In a highball glass muddle the limes. Add ice and the rest of the Caleño, syrup and bitters, stir to combine. Top with ginger ale.

Penrhos Zero Raspberry - SplitsDrinks

Penrhos Zero Raspberry Cosmopolitan

The Cosmopolitan is one of our favourite cocktails here at SplitsDrinks. The cocktail became extremely popular in the 90s due to Sex and The City, although it hasn’t made many appearances in And Just Like That. This alcohol free version you will love!

In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients and shake with ice. Fine strain into a chilled martini glass.

We hope these recipes inspire you to incorporate some alcohol-free days into your lifestyle. Everything in moderation is our motto! Remember, if you make any of these we would love to see them, just send us a message or tag us on social media.
