The Dyfi Distillery Navigation Gin

Navigation Gin is produced by The Dyfi Distillery in Wales and is a coastal inspired navy strength gin. Botanicals are sourced from the coast and are distilled alongside exotic spices. After distillation the gin is rested in madeira barrels; it’s these barrels that give the gin a savoury umami flavour that work perfectly with the saline elements of coastal botanicals. This is a powerful gin with concentrated flavours.
