What size is the bottle?

The bottles come in a range of sizes and each product should stipulate the size in centilitres (cl). If you need dimensions of the bottle please don’t hesitate to contact us.

What is your returns policy?

All of our refund policies are here: https://www.splitsdrinks.co.uk/policies/refund-policy. If you have any other questions please don’t hesitate in contacting us.

Where is my order confirmation?

We send you order confirmation to the email provided at checkout, it should arrive soon after the purchase of the product. If you haven't received an email do check your junk folder as sometimes it may be in there.

When will the bottle I want be back in stock?

We always try to keep a range of spirits and beers in stock but unfortunately products may sell out. If the product is showing as pre-order you can purchase it and it will be shipped as soon as we have it back in stock. If you want some recommendations don’t hesitate in contacting us!

When will I receive my order?

We endeavor to get your order out to you as soon as possible. Delivery is usually around 3-5 working days.

How do I qualify for free delivery?

If your shipping address is within 10 miles of our shop at Middleton Hall then you will qualify. This will be worked out at the checkout when you enter your postcode. 

Can you offer same day delivery?

This isn’t something we currently offer but with local deliveries it may be possible. Please email us before your purchase if this is something you would require. 

Do you offer corporate gifting?

Yes! We can work to any budget and send gifts on your behalf. We have produced a handy spreadsheet that we can email to you. You can fill in the different sections, i.e. what you would like to give and the addresses to send it to, and the gifts will be sent to the corresponding parties. 

Do you host private tastings?

Yes. You can request information about private tastings by following this link https://www.splitsdrinks.co.uk/pages/the-bar. We mostly focus on gin tastings but this can be tailored to your preference. We can also do whisky, rum, wine, vodka and even cocktail masterclasses.

I am looking for the perfect gift, can you help?

We would be happy to help you with gift choices. If you are looking for a local artisan gin, a big peaty whisky, spicy rum or even a refreshing set of ale we can help you find the perfect gift! Just give us a message (info@splitsdrinks.co.uk) and we can give you guidance.

Do you stock any local gins/beers/rum?

We try to focus on stocking locally made craft gin, artisan spirits and beer from local breweries. If you require a product from a certain region/county/town/city and need some advice you can contact us here info@splitsdrinks.co.uk.

Do the bottles come gift wrapped?

We wrap all of the bottles in our own branded tissue paper so they are perfect when sending as a gift to someone or a treat for yourself!

Can I include a message with my gift?

Yes you can! Just let us know what message you would like to send and we shall include it with your gift.
