An award winning single malt whisky by Cotswolds Distillery. It has been made using locally grown barley that has undergone traditional floor malting. They have also used ex-red wine and ex-bourbon to age the spirit. This imparts flavours of dark fruits, citrus flavours and is non-chill filtered which gives it a wonderful richness.
