The Muff Liquor Company, based in Donegal has created a blended Irish whiskey. The spirits that make up the blend are: Irish triple distilled grain whiskey aged in virgin and ex-bourbon casks imparting sweet vanilla flavours, sherry matured triple distilled malt whiskey to give body, double distilled Irish malt whiskey to give intense flavours and peated whiskey to give a subtle smokeyness.
